Technikole Consulting Celebrates CEO NiKole Maxwell’s New Leadership Role as Vice President of Blacks In Technology Alexandria Chapter

Technikole Consulting is thrilled to announce the appointment of our CEO, NiKole Maxwell, as the incoming Vice President of the Blacks In Technology (BIT) Alexandria Chapter. This exciting milestone is just 8 days away, marking the launch of the Alexandria Chapter on Juneteenth—a day rich in historical significance.

NiKole expressed her excitement for the event, stating, “We are on the cusp of history in more ways than one. Juneteenth is a day that symbolizes delayed freedom—a cost that cannot be calculated. As innovation liberates our imaginations, it enables the transformation of our dreams into reality. Delaying the education of transformative technologies that spur the future cannot be condoned. This is an insanely exciting time to be in tech, and I’m honored to be part of such a momentous occasion.”

Serving alongside the Chapter’s esteemed President, Monica Dillingham Pemberton, NiKole is joined by a dedicated team of leaders who have worked tirelessly to make this chapter a reality. The inaugural leadership team includes Satina Isaac, Kwabena A. Denkyi, Dion Symonette PMP, ITIL, Hyatt N., PMP, Jules Pericles Tamegue, Dr. Moody Amakobe, Kareem Saunders, Jessica Snowden, Courtney Bailey, Zewditu Mered and Roxanne Pemberton.

The BIT Alexandria Chapter is launching in the footsteps of those who’ve come before. Founded by Greg Greenlee and spearheaded by Dennis Schultz as the Executive Director, BIT’s mission is to “Stomp the Divide.” BIT Virginia is the only state-run Board of Directors led by Antoine Hines as the Chapter President. Virginia boasts five distinct chapters, with BIT Alexandria launching to serve Northern Virginia as the “Innovation” chapter, supporting Black tech professionals across NOVA and the DMV.
