At Technikole Consulting, as architects of digital transformation, we consider privacy to be synonymous with Data Ownership. We believe you have the absolute right to be informed about how your information is processed, stored, and utilized as we approach Technical Independence from an empowerment standpoint. without sacrificing integrity, privacy or the right to transact freely.

We operate at the intersection of technical innovation and ethical engagement. While we leverage bleeding-edge technologies, including Artificial Intelligence (AI), Blockchain, and the Metaverse - we prioritize the protection of proprietary intelligence above all else. This policy outlines how we safeguard our data and your data in an era of rapid change and disruption, decentralized economies and automation.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

To execute our consulting engagements and deliver “Future-Ready” solutions, we may collect data beyond standard contact information including:

  • Website & Communication Data: Standard identifiers such as your name, email address, phone number, and organization name collected via forms or consultations.

  • AI Posture & Governance: To facilitate the transition from public to private infrastructure, we may collect high-level details regarding your organization’s current AI adoption (including “Shadow AI” usage), existing privacy policies, and proprietary “prompt engineering” or data outputs required to transition you to local AI environments.

  • No Protected Health Information (PHI): While Technikole Consulting provides strategic digital transformation guidance to independent healthcare firms, we do not act as a “Business Associate” as defined by HIPAA. We strictly prohibit the submission, upload, or sharing of Protected Health Information (PHI) for use with our agency.

  • Client Responsibility: You agree that all data shared with Technikole Consulting for the purposes of architectural planning or strategy will be fully de-identified and sanitized in accordance with HIPAA Safe Harbor standards prior to our access. We accept no liability for the accidental exposure of patient data resulting from your failure to sanitize inputs.

  • Our Responsibility: We commit to providing escalated notification in regard to a lapse in this duty of care to approved escalation channels.

  • Web3 & Browsing Data: We may utilize Web3 tools where possible. We provide our public wallet addresses and transaction details will be public and remain accessible on the blockchain. Projects involving blockchain will have explicit terms outlined in service agreements.

  • Solution Specific Data: Our solutions may require specific inputs, those inputs are bound by this Privacy Policy, Terms of Service and any additional agreements executed in good faith offerings.

ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE (AI) & CONTENT DISCLOSURE

Transparency in Use: Technikole Consulting operates at the forefront of digital transformation as such our digital footprint is intertwined with technology, our web presence across platforms reflects this use. As such materials:

  • Content Creation: Articles, content, marketing materials, and code snippets produced by our consultancy may be created in conjunction with AI technologies to enhance quality, depth, and speed

  • Operational Efficiency: AI agents (intelligent tools and utilities) are utilized within our support and project management workflows to optimize efficiency.

DATA AUTONOMY & ETHICS

Google AI Principles: Technikole Consulting has formally adopted the innovation standards set forth by the Google AI Principles and the Google AI Prohibited Use Policies for Generative AI prioritizing responsible development and privacy practices.

We reserve the right to deviate and further expand upon these principles to maintain alignment with our organizations ethical boundaries and acceptable use radar for our clientele. Changes to this principle and practice will be publicly acknowledged and communicated within this Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

No Training on Client Data: For contracted consulting work, we adhere to strict internal governance. We do not use your proprietary business logic, contracts, or private data to train public foundation models without your express written consent.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY (IP) & RIGHTS RESERVATION

  • General Ownership: Unless otherwise explicitly specified in a separate Product Terms of Service, Services Agreement, Engagement Agreement, or Statement of Work (collectively, “Service Agreements”), Technikole Consulting retains all right, title, and interest in and to its services, websites, products, proprietary methodologies, frameworks, code libraries, automation agents, and all related intellectual property (“Technikole IP”).

  • Default License: In the absence of a specific Service Agreement defining otherwise, any access to Technikole IP is granted under a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license for your internal business use only. No transfer of ownership is implied.

  • Precedence: In the event of a conflict between these General Terms and a specific executed Service Agreement regarding Intellectual Property rights, the terms set forth in the specified Service Agreement shall control.

MEETING RECORDING & AI ANALYSIS CONSENT

To ensure accuracy and quality assurance, all consultations, workshops, and meetings hosted by Technikole Consulting may be recorded.

  • Consent: By participating in any video conference or call hosted by us, you explicitly consent to being recorded (audio and video).

  • AI Processing: We utilize AI-driven tools (such as Fathom, Google Meet, or similar utilities) to transcribe, summarize, and analyze meeting data for internal operational use and service delivery.

  • Data Use: These recordings are used strictly for service execution, internal training, and quality control. We do not publish full meeting recordings publicly without your express written permission, including snippets, clips, and reels.

EMERGING TECH: BLOCKCHAIN & WEB3

We may offer solutions utilizing blockchain technology. You acknowledge the specific privacy implications of these architectures:

  • Permissionless (Public) Solutions: In permissionless blockchains, transactions are publicly visible to anyone on the network. You acknowledge that this data cannot be removed or altered once recorded.

  • Permissioned (Private) Solutions: These restrict access to authorized participants. While offering greater privacy, data is still visible to all authorized nodes on the network.

  • Future Cryptographic Risk (Quantum Computing): We acknowledge that the concept of “immutability” is based on current cryptographic standards. Technikole Consulting cannot guarantee that future technological advancements, including Quantum Computing, will not compromise these security standards. We are not liable for the retroactive alteration or exposure of on-chain data resulting from such technological paradigm shifts.

THIRD PARTIES

We do not sell our data or your data to third parties nor do we give it away without explicit authorization.

We may share information with third party partners in anticipation of an event or engagement. Authorization to share this information is requested and authorized at the sign up of the event for the purposes of rendering the event or activity. (ie: Eventbrite/Lu.ma registration)

  • Authorized Vendors: We share data with trusted processors (e.g., Stripe, Google Workspace) strictly to deliver services.

  • SEARCH CRAWLERS: Third-party search engines (such as Google and Bing) use web crawlers to collect data. We do not control how these third parties index public content you may post on our platforms. We cannot de-index information from Google (and other search utilities) that you have previously made public.

  • AI Scraper Defense: We utilize commercially reasonable efforts and an edge-security partner to proactively block unauthorized AI data scrapers and large language model crawlers from harvesting your proprietary content. SERVICE DELIVERY: GOOGLE ECOSYSTEM

As a right of our technical independence, we choose the Google Ecosystem as our primary solutions provider environment and service delivery platform. For us, this means that we take part in Google based solutions, events and services while also using them to render and present our communications, website and other developments. The following explicit disclosures apply to our services:

Technikole Consulting provides digital transformation services (including Workspace Administration, Application Development, Cloud Solutions, Cloud Hosting and Profile Management), we may process data within your Google tenants (instance) or share necessary verification data with Google LLC. By subscribing, you acknowledge that your name, email address, and engagement data are processed by Substack Inc. on our behalf.

  • Governing Terms: Your participation in our newsletter ecosystem is subject to Substack’s own Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. We do not control Substack’s data retention policies or their use of cookies.

  • Right to Migrate: Consistent with our commitment to Technical Independence, Technikole Consulting reserves the absolute right to actively managed and export our subscriber list. This includes migrating our community to a different platform or self-hosted solution at any time. You will be notified of any such transition.

  • Your Right to Unsubscribe: We value your time and attention. You may opt out of marketing communications (such as the newsletter) at any time via the “Unsubscribe” link in the email footer.

  • Transactional vs. Marketing: Please distinguish between marketing and business communications. Even if you unsubscribe from our newsletter, we strongly recommend adding “@technikole.com” to your Safe Senders list.
