Currently Ms Maxwell serves as the Director of Emerging Tech & Innovative Initiatives on the Virginia State Board of Directors, for Blacks In Technology, she is happily Increasing her capability, as she adds the honor of being the first Vice President of BIT Alexandria. Maxwell has been instrumental in establishing this vital chapter along with her team, led by esteemed Chapter President, Monica Pemberton.
